Santa Lucia Real Estate
Many of the homes in this exclusive area were built in the mid to late nineties, but have since been upgraded with modern appliances.
These luxurious, two story homes are perfect for families, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms including large primary bedrooms with sizable walk-in closets and private full bathrooms.
Santa Lucia homes are large, usually sitting between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet, with beautifully landscaped front yards and Italian and Tuscany style structures typical of the area, with rustic stucco walls and terracotta roofs.
Pools and hot tubs are very common features of the backyards in the neighborhood of Santa Lucia, so residents will never miss a priceless California sunset while relaxing in these deluxe water features.
Despite being surrounded by many other popular and opulent neighborhoods, the Santa Lucia neighborhood has a unique triangular shape that juts into the Buck Gully Reserve, so many of the backyards don’t have neighbors across from them — perfect for an intimate setting to enjoy the romantic scenery of the Newport Coast landscape.
Homeowners fees are required to support the upkeep of the exclusive Santa Lucia neighborhood, but this includes a 24 hour security guarded gate, and access to the Newport Coast Community Association, which affords residents the use of a heated swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball courts, as well as an indoor spa.
