Pelican Heights Properties
This cozy community consists of a number of terraced cul-de-sacs, lined with large Mediterranean-inspired single-family homes.
Many of the homes were built in the early 2000s and most are valued at well over $5,000,000. Homes feature side-on garage access to preserve curb appeal and yards with ample room for large pools, spas, terraces, patios, lawns, and gardens.
Properties will vary depending on the view and precise layout of the lot, which allows for different yard configurations and features. Home sizes vary as well, between 4,500 and 7,500 square feet.
The common Mediterranean and Tuscan details include terracotta rooves, earthy stucco walls, exterior shutters, and various dark wood or iron accents.
All of this is located within a neighborhood shielded by natural features and mature trees, offering a serene oasis near the heart of Orange County, California.
