Linda Isle Real Estate Information
Made up of mainly larger, luxury estate homes, the price points and size and amenities do vary quite widely. The properties on the west side of the island that feature views into Newport Bay tend to be larger, more luxurious and come with a higher price tag than the harborside properties on the east side of the island. In contrast to some of the luxury properties available on Newport Beach's harbor island, Linda Isle real estate tends to feature larger yards in addition to plenty of room for parking. All homes boast private docks, some able accommodate yachts of up to 120 feet in length.
All homes in the community are centered around a popular clubhouse, great for events, and there's even a tennis court. There's even a unique private beach for kids, just off the clubhouse, providing access to the water in the horseshoe's center.
Linda Isle Community Highlights:
Aside from the clubhouse, tennis court and small swimming area, the amenities on Linda Isle itself are pretty sparse. The supremely private and luxurious community is totally private with access restricted to residents only.
Luckily, the bridge leading off the island connects locals directly to either Bayside Drive or the Pacific Coast Highway. Either route leads directly into Newport Beach’s popular commercial areas. Here you’ll find a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and other businesses. Of course, Newport Beach’s infamous Fashion Island isn’t much further than a few minutes drive. This popular outdoor shopping center has become synonymous with retail therapy, featuring retailers to suit just about any taste.
Linda is an exclusive part of beautiful Newport Beach, California, among the most popular tourist destinations in this part of the state. Aside from the incredible shopping, Newport Beach has so much to offer while taking full advantage of the outstanding Southern California climate. The waters of Newport Harbor and just off the Pacific Coast are a boater’s dream. Plus, Catalina Island is less than 50 miles off the coast and is a local favorite.
