East Bluff Real Estate Information
East Bluff (sometimes "Eastbluff") is unofficially divided into two areas with distinct real estate options. The eastern portion is the older East Bluff neighborhood, sometimes regarded as East Bluff "proper". This neighborhood is defined by older, detached single-family homes.
Many of these have private yards with pools and a straight-forward Modern California architectural style.
The western portion of East Bluff consists mostly of semi-detached homes or townhouses, linked by paths and greenways. These homes are designed with a distinctly Mediterranean aesthetic.
Wherever you choose to live in East Bluff, these homes are spacious enough to accommodate families while allowing dens and off-bedroom sitting rooms to be converted into home offices that are surprisingly resilient to noise from other areas of the house.
