Upstairs you will find the primary room with a king bed, walk-in closet, ocean view deck, & a private luxury primary bathroom, an ocean view office/loft, and 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a larger double sink, updated bathroom & a hillside & garden view private deck. Come & relax or venture out just minutes to the beaches, restaurants, parks with tennis, tot lots, basketball courts, soccer fields, dog parks, & walking trails. The free city trolly, private driveway, & free public street parking makes getting around easy. Just bring your clothes & unwind because starter kits for all your needs will be included. 1 small dog will be considered. Current rate is for Dec 2023-Jan 2024. Lease 30 days or more. Longer terms will be considered. Rates are seasonal. Cleaning fee $250 per stay. Pet fee $500 per stay.
