NEWPORT BEACH, CA October 11th, 2024 - A five-bedroom, seven-bath estate in the city's Pelican Crest enclave established a new high watermark for price-per-square-foot when the 8,212-square-foot home changed hands last month.

Listing agent Jacqueline Thompson of Newport Beach-based Surterre Properties helped broker the sale of 30 Pelican Crest Drive for $25.8 million, or $3,142 per square foot.
