Jacqueline Thompson outside next to home arch window

BlueDoor Magazine

She has $1.65 billion in residential real estate sales, sets sales records in coastal OC, and is the number-one agent in Shady Canyon. But for Jacqueline Thompson, professional success is only part of the story.

WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR APPROACH?

I am more than an agent—I’m a member of our community. I am committed to investing in the people, places, and things that have supported me throughout my career. It’s my way of paying it forward and bringing things full circle. For me, while I love my career, it’s more about building a legacy. One way I am doing that is through a special donation to UCI’s new hospital.

As a female and an immigrant to the U.S., after college I relocated to the OC with my husband Bill without…

Jacqueline Thompson Meaningful Wellbeing

Meaningful Wellbeing

“Recently a client said to me, “Jacqueline, I know life is busy, so please don’t worry about the small things.”

To which I replied, “I find meaning in being able to help with large and small details alike. Often times the little things are the big things.”

This conversation inspired me to outline a few small things that, without fail, end up being the big things. In a time when enhanced vitality is highly sought after, and elevated day-to-day interactions are coveted, this recipe for meaningful wellbeing may be just what the doctor ordered.

1. Health will always be wealth.

To serve others well, taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self is vital. Putting you first isn’t selfish. It’s…

How do you look back at 2021?

The slogan that I used to take for granted which can be seen on the sides of many luxury real estate complexes says “live, work , and play.” This took center stage and every person started to prioritize what was important to them. Many realized that it all starts at home, and with that, the real estate market picked up steam from 2020 and did not stop all year in 2021. At the end of every day, every client I spoke to repurposed and reimagined their home to truly be their sanctuary. Our homes are no longer viewed as just houses – they are havens that help shape our lives and our day to day experiences.

How will 2022…

An Interview with Chad Lefteris, CEO of UCI Health

By Jacqueline Thompson

I had the opportunity to connect with Chad Lefteris, CEO of UCI Health, to take an in depth look at UCI Health’s initiatives. As a local, I’m passionate about seeing their work thrive in our community. The recent groundbreaking event for the new hospital was a milestone, and I am so grateful I was able to be there to support the organization in person. I believe that great things happen when we unite in support of common goals. Together, we can all play a part in making the impossible, possible.

As Orange County’s only academic health system, our multifaceted…
