This is possibly the best burger in Orange County- I know, bold statement.  A hidden gem in Irvine (minutes from Newport Beach), its customers know about it by word of mouth as it is tucked away in a commercial space below a group of high rise office buildings in Irvine off of MacArthur Boulevard and Main Street - and not easy to find. This custom Shady Canyon home is nestled into one of my favorite view locations in the community. Some love city lights views or the ocean but the rolling green hills of the natural preserve that blankets Shady Canyon is what gives me peace. It is almost as if you are on the edge of the world, one with nature. This place ranks high when it comes to both quality sushi and cool ambiance. Located in Corona Del Mar right in the Village on PCH, always a great night out or yummy lunch, the menu definitely has its regular's favorites such as the sizzle sushi- salmon, yellowtail or scallop sashimi drizzled with hot olive oil giving it a seared temperature- which just melts in your mouth.
